Building a modern office for our sister company, Nomad Capital, while preserving the charm of an old brick building in the historic district downtown Wilmington was an exciting challenge. Our team of architects and designers came up with a plan that respects the historic elements of the building while incorporating modern amenities that enhance functionality and productivity. The project involved preserving the original brick façade, creating an open-concept layout, incorporating energy-efficient features, and adding technology advancements necessary for a modern workspace. We aimed to create a space that retains the historic character of the old brick building, while incorporating the latest technology to provide Nomad Capital with a beautiful and efficient office that meets their current needs and future growth.
